Qualification Description

This entry level qualification provides the foundation skills and knowledge to use information and communications technology (ICT) in any industry.

Entry/ Admission Requirements
There are no entry requirements for this qualification according to the training package however, applicant will be required to successfully complete an ACSF language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) assessment.

Learning, reading, writing, oral communication and numeracy (ACSF Level 2) are desirable to participate in the course.

Delivery Mode 



We allow up to 6 months to complete this course, although your actual completion time may be less depending on prior experience and Education related to the Industry.
